Overall Satisfaction with ActiveCampaign
I use ActiveCampaign for our business and also for another client and it's by far the easiest platform I've used. It helps me to send out emails relatively quickly and I've been able to automate a lot of my marketing by setting up workflows to help whenever someone downloads a piece of content. I use it as the back end for all of my funnels, newsletter emails, sales emails and reminder emails. I like how it integrate with a few various pieces of software for a smoother transition.

- Easy drag and drop email builder.
- The dashboard is great for giving a quick snapshot of your system.
- The workflow feature has some pretty amazing actions that make marketing easier.
- The list creation could be a lot easier. I don't like how I have to download contacts to upload again to put them into a new list. It would be much better if there was a new list creation option that allows me to create a list based on tags.
- The opt out for certain lists as well could be a bit easier. At the moment, I have to make sure I have created a segment before building a campaign and if I forget, I have to abandon ship to go and create that segment. It would be great to have an opt out option when selecting who you want to send the campaign to.
- Unsubscribing people can be a problem. A person can unsubscribe from one list but they may be a part of several lists which can cause an issue from a GDPR perspective. It would be great to let the person unsubscribing be able to choose opt out of all marketing emails for example.
- I've seen a 20% increase in sales.
I do really like HubSpot but what I want HubSpot for is extremely expensive. I got recommended ActiveCampaign by an active ClickFunnels user and they said it was amazing so I gave it a go and found it to be very easy to use and it did the workflows like HubSpot does, which is what I wanted it for.
