I use ActiveCampaign for my online business because it is an easy tool for newsletters and automations. It is very easy to create segments from an email list and emails can be designed with ease. The reports about sent emails are informative and easy to understand. I can recommend ActiveCampaign as an easy-to-use service for newsletters and automations.

- A bit tricky to place pictures in emails without template

ActiveCampaign is a lot easier to use than Mailchimp and offers a lot more possibilities to customize segmented emails. I used Mailchimp as a free service for years but it became too complicated. I am happy to pay for ActiveCampaign because the customer support is great. Instant replies and help when needed.
