Overall Satisfaction with ActiveCampaign
ActiveCampaign is mainly used to automate customer relationship issues, which would never happen without ActiveCampaign. Simply because it would be too time-consuming, to do it manually. We do automated reminders after x days of inactivity, notifications about an anniversary, notifications about upcoming direct debits, etc. We also use ActiveCampaing during the sales process. Sales relevant communication will only be done through ActiveCapaing (or it will be documented as a note in ActiveCampaign). This way, every employee knows what's going on all the time.

- it is definately positve. But we have no detailed figures
