Overall Satisfaction with ActiveCampaign

Active Campaign is used across my whole business. We use it to send EDMs, to manage the sales cycle of clients, and to automate some of the client onboarding and offboarding. It is also used as a tool to send automated emails for digital products we deliver to clients and customers. Overall, it is used as a CRM and digital marketing tool. It has helped to automate many processes that my team once manually completed.

  • I'd love to see a simple dashboard tool with key lead and lag metrics displayed.
  • We've saved significant staff costs once associated with repetitive administrative tasks that have now been automated.
  • We're no longer using a myriad of digital tools. ActiveCampaign is now being used as our CRM and this has made my team more efficient. It's far easier to track new inquiries and prospective clients in the sales process.
  • Great analytic data in terms of email responses.
Active Campaign is far more sophisticated than Mailchimp with so many more features and functionality.

ActiveCampaign is an ideal tool for small to medium businesses that are looking for relatively simple ways to automate and streamline processes. It would be less suited to solopreneurs without a team that have an intimate knowledge of ActiveCampaign. Since working with someone who knows the features and functionality of ActiveCampaign we've had great success with utilizing an array of features.
