In our company we started using ActiveCampaign because of its ease of integration with all the areas necessary to carry out its function within the marketing department.

It was really easy to integrate ActiveCampaign and get it working for the first time. In addition, the support service is really good and effective, so any issues that may arise can be easily resolved.

ActiveCampaign focuses on simplicity in the integration of its services as well as with third party services. While it is true that Selligent has many strengths, it is much more difficult to manage for users with little knowledge, so ActiveCampaign is much better for users who want or need to start running email marketing campaigns or manage a customer database.
