I use ActiveCampaign in my business for all regular email marketing such as newsletters and updates to my list, as well as for automated sequences, customer service, and to support launch activities.
  • Usability - easy to learn and use platform
  • Great learning resources (podcast and blog)
  • Templates and customisable sections for emails
  • The forms and site section is a bit clunky - lots of navigation to get where you want
  • Reporting is difficult and again not easy to see results at a glance
  • Sales from email follow up sequences after free lead magnets

I love using ActiveCampaign and have helped many of my clients migrate to the platform too. It's easy to learn and use and has excellent functionality. I use this tool every single week to communicate with my audience and clients and believe that email marketing is where most of my sales happen too.
