Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Analytics

Adobe Analytics is used to understand user behavior on our websites and mobile apps, and performance of marketing campaigns.
  • Customization options.
  • Integration of other data sources.
  • Poor customer support.
  • Documentation could be better.
  • Better understanding of user behavior.
For an industrial strength analytics tool, this is pretty much the only game in town, unfortunately.
If you have money to invest in an expert to implement it correctly, and to train your users how to use it, Adobe Analytics can't be beat.

Using Adobe Analytics

20 - Business analysts, data scientists, product managers, marketing managers
2 - Familiarity with analytics and data science processes, at least basic knowledge of website development process and technologies, fluency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS. Ability to influence without direct authority, interpersonal skills, change management, project management skills.
  • marketing campaigns performance
  • product optimization
  • marketing channels attribution
Adobe Analytics is satisfying all our use cases, and migrating to a different tool would require a considerable amount of effort (that is true for any tool, not just Adobe Analytics).
