The biggest problem is develop new feauture inside the platform, is not easy and sometimes very expensive, but we use Adobe Commerce (Magento Commerce) because is solid and a lot of partners can help us to use it and of course Adobe is the biggest partner.

Than Adobe Commerce (Magento Commerce) is more customizable and offers a catalog managament more B2B than Shopify. In general Adobe Commerce (Magento Commerce) is more B2B, we're a B2B company so we move to Adobe Commerce (Magento Commerce) for this reason. But of course Shopify Plus have a lot of potential.
