Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Marketo Engage
We use [Marketo] to send our newsletters, product pushes, house our leads, make our landing pages and email alert triggers. We build all of our emails in [Marketo], upload our lists and data. Most importantly to me - [Marketo] is integrated with salesforce and it makes it so simple to build campaigns by selecting all leads.
- Integrates with all of our other software [seamlessly.]
- Very easy to build emails and landing pages with provided templates[.]
- Houses our data and leads[.]
- there are so many steps - [HubSpot] has way less steps and is a little easier to work[.]
- Organization on what you want to see and what you do not want to see could be different[.]
- Product Launches
- Cross-Sell
- Customer Service
- Lead Management
- Prospecting / New Business
We use it to nurture our current database and also use it to nurture and engage our new leads. We are sending weekly newsletters and also sending product pushes where we are selling to new and existing users. we also use it to create our emails, landing pages[,] and trigger alerts internally[.]
Marketo does stack up against [Hubspot] and there are positives and negatives. To me, [HubSpot] is easier to work as far as layout and steps. Marketo has more steps and the layout is more confusing but it is also more dynamic - it syncs better with our other platforms and has positives that outweigh negatives[.]
