Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Marketo Engage

We use Adobe Marketo Engage for all of our email communications to our customers and prospects. This includes sending out promotional emails, nurturing existing customers, and reaching out to ex-customers. We also use this platform to create program flows that automate our email sequences. This has helped us get the word out there about our products and offerings.

Our goal is to let our segments know of our product launches and drive growth in new markets. We also aim to increase our revenue with existing customers by upselling and cross-selling. For expired customers, we reel them in by providing lead magnet content to have them back. Our flows are also in place to regularly send out newsletters to new records in the database.
Marketo would have to be the most powerful email marketing tool that I've used before for its extensive features and capabilities. It's fairly designed for both B2B and B2C use which other ESPs are not capable of. Compared with other platforms where you can only create regular emails and flows, you can create complex programs in Marketo that includes emails, forms, landing pages, scoring, A/B testing, etc.

Marketo is very much well-suited for Enterprise accounts that have a huge database. In our case, we are sending out emails to almost 100k records on a daily. If we use a different platform, we'll be charged way higher for such a large number of daily releases. With Marketo, our subscription allows us to send as many emails as we want.
