Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Sign

We just purchased Adobe Sign, and before this, compared it to DocuSign. Adobe Sign was way easier to manage, understand and work with. With this Covid-19 situation, we had to have contracts, agreements and documents signed by several parties, and this was our perfect solution. It really helped us to complete our processes and we feel comfortable and safe using it. So far, we have used it 6-7 times with no problem whatsoever!

  • Password for opening documents.
  • Fast upload.
  • Easy use of pen to sign on screen.
  • Can be used both on computer and app.
  • I see no problems at all, it did the job well enough.
  • Availability of closing signed deals while staying at home.
  • Signed forms on a timely manner.
  • Ease of use for all parties involved.
Because we were in a pinch and this helped us solve it without a second thought, and easily enough. This just turned into a software staple for our company.

DocuSign was also evaluated vs. Adobe Sign, and Adobe wins hands down, by far and above all.
If you have a contract or agreement to sign, you sign it with ease, and send it to the other parties by email so they can sign it, too. With stay-at-home policies, this is quite useful. Not only your signature, but also your initials, which is great.

we compared to docusign, and really, no hands down, Adobe sign was far better, friendlier and easier to work with all around.
nothing would change, it is a great product. Helped us during this crisis, and these things stay with you. The usability and convenience, was very appealing to both my bosses, and they were eased into it and relieved when faced upon the feasability of being able to sign urgent things while keeping safe. So yes, this stays.
