Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

We use it for payroll, HR services, benefits services and other value-added benefits for our employees. ADP workforce acts as our "HR" department for our company, eliminating the need for extra HR staff as well as helps us provide value-added benefits for our employees and helps us manage the payroll efficiently.

We don't use the PTO function of ADP workforce. However, every other function we use and it allowed us to save by not hiring extra staff to do manual payroll calculation, additional accounting calculation and spending time finding proper benefits/ insurance for our employees. ADP workforce now simplified the whole process by providing everything in one easy to use the platform.
ADP workforce is a popular platform that came highly recommended to us. We have not tested any other platforms.
It is very useful for a smaller organization with 1-50 people where the company cannot always afford an HR department and on-site payroll staff to manage certain business needed functions. ADP workforce provides an easy to use the system to manage payroll and certain other functions and allows employees to log in and view certain information about their benefits, 401k, and other services.
