Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

ADP is used by me as the administrator and by supervisors to monitor and sign off on time cards and by employees to clock in and clock out.
  • Can view pay statement; this function is easy and very helpful
  • Easy icon to clock in and clock out for employees
  • Customer Service- very confusing to choose who we want to talk to
  • Payroll and Time & Attendance seem to be 2 very different areas..would prefer a designated customer service for my company.
  • When approached by other payroll vendors, I felt ADP was competitive in their pricing model
Our HR team has saved time, but I'm not sure how much.
As just one person in the company as the payroll administrator, I feel connected to ADP and their product Workforce Now. I can call customer service and I feel knowledgeable enough in the product to describe the issue I may be having...Customer service will ALWAYS find the answer even if it means staying on the telephone line to reach out to another department.
