Workforce has reduced my payroll processing time to one day!
Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
ADP Workforce is used for payroll, benefits, recruiting and reporting. I am the administrator with the President of the company as a secondary administrator. The department heads have access to time and attendance only.
It does address the attendance issue especially scheduling. As a small family-owned company, it is imperative that we keep overtime and scheduling within the budget.

Pros
- Saves time in processing payroll.
- Support is very important in any organization and ADP has outstanding tech support if you run into any issues.
Cons
- Scheduling - There should be a way to copy and paste a schedule to an employee's weekly assignments. Going to each individual day in a month is very time-consuming.
- Setting up schedules based on employee's availability and having it populate monthly would be a phenomenal addition.
- ADP is a timesaver, especially when the old system had me downloading and uploading timekeeping information before I could process payroll.
- Talent recruitment - It helps to have one place to set up requisitions on job requirements and screen applicants all in one place.
- Payroll.
- Benefits.
Integration went fairly smoothly. Payroll was up first and once completed we went on to set up the benefits and talent piece. I always had the support and was able to reach out with any issues.
ADP offers the ease of processing timekeeping information, support from the technical team, and state of the art mobile access for employees regardless of location.
