Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
We use ADP Workforce Now for payroll processing, time off, benefits enrollments, and recruiting. It is used across the whole organization. It helps us to house all employee information in one place.
- Client Services - every time I call into ADP with a question or issue, it usually is resolved promptly by a friendly representative.
- Payroll processing - very simple process to ensure employees are paid accurately and on time.
- Reporting - sometimes it's hard to find the correct report you are looking to reflect the data that you need. I also find it difficult to make custom reports on my own and the phone wait for reporting is usually quite some time.
- Carrier Connections with Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, and various other insurance companies
The set up is a long process for the carrier connections but once all of the kinks are worked out, it really does run smoothly and ends having to update several different websites.
