Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
Currently using ADP WFN for HR/Benefits, Performance and Payroll. Opengate rolled out several self-service products for employees. Most of our employees currently use the mobile app. We would like for the app to provide more user features.
- Accessibility of the different functions for administrative users.
- Mobile app should have more features that employees can utilize.
- When upgrades are done, ensure that this has not disrupted functionality in the system.
- Positive - elimination of dual entry by HR and Payroll.
- Positive - ACA forms generated by benefits administration from the system.
