ADP Workforce Now is being used throughout the entire company. It is the main management tool for our Human Resources and Payroll Departments.

I would like an easier support system. Currently, the outsourced/out-of-country support is lacking.
Mobile App needs help

I was with the company when we had 40 employees and now we are over 110. The ADP system worked really well with the influx of new hires.

The way we utilize ADP Workforce Now with payroll and benefits works really well. We haven't looked into the other features like annual reviews.
