Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

Full HR & Payroll suite. We are using it for Human Resource management and payroll. We also use benefits administration and talent. We hope to implement more of the features in the near future. It solved the problem of an old, antiquated HCM suite and payroll process and allows for more streamlined efficient processes.
  • Payroll
  • Benefits Administration
  • Security
  • Access to account manager/customer service - faster response
  • [I feel] customer service should be more willing to help. It always seems like they want to push it off.
  • [In my opinion] they should stop giving "no, that's not possible" answers
  • More transparency up the ladder
  • Easier to pull reports
  • More efficient payroll (from 3 days to 1-1.5 days process)
ADP probably has more features than I even know about. I just recently found the FFCRA and contact tracing that was implemented for COVID-19. I feel like a company could be implementing new features constantly.
  • 401K provider
  • Carrier connect (benefits providers)
  • Attendance automation
Sage ABRA, Sage HCM Suite, Insperity, UltiPro, Criterion, Kronos

Do you think ADP Workforce Now delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with ADP Workforce Now's feature set?

Yes

Did ADP Workforce Now live up to sales and marketing promises?

No

Did implementation of ADP Workforce Now go as expected?

No

Would you buy ADP Workforce Now again?

Yes

The Bridge has been the best tool. I have found answers on there on my own. Account managers either seem overwhelmed (too many clients and issues at one time to get back to you in a timely manner) or seem stand-off-ish (stating that ADP is not capable of certain things, not fully answering your question, or closing tickets quickly).
The functionality is good but could be improved. [In my experience,] some things that seem like no-brainer implementation are not possible. [I feel] that service/help is not one of ADP's strong suits.

COVID-19 Response

I wish I would have known their full support prior to this week. They provide much more than I knew. They automate setup for FFCRA pay codes, memos, and tracking.
We did not utilize these. We did not need to implement a return to work plan and handled our PPP outside of WFN.
We reviewed ADP guidance, but did not utilize the toolkit or communication. Some of the webinars I felt could have dug a little deeper.
I have certainly received less pay stub requests! We are still working on vamping up the self-service side.
