Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

I used ADP Workforce Now for applicant tracking, hiring, terminations, personnel changes (comp changes, bonuses, supervisor, title, department, etc), reporting, and performance reviews. While the platform contains a decent amount of functionality, there were often glitches and the system itself is pretty clunky and lacking in UI/UX, in my opinion.

  • ADP WN is very expensive compared to other vendors

It's definitely scalable.

  • Jazz HR
Org Chart Now was a relatively easy integration. Jazz HR not so much. Not sure whether the latter was due to Workforce Now or Jazz HR, but candidates were not flowing over to ADP.
TriNet is far easier to use than Workforce Now.

Support was always available and helpful. They couldn't always solve the problem at hand quickly but they would follow up.
I honestly wouldn't use ADP Workforce. Now, if given a choice.
