Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
We use WFN in full for all our payroll and HR needs. The biggest issue we face is that our system is not set up to support what we need. We do not have the option to track grants and have been told multiple times by multiple different people that something that should be very simple is impossible.
- Friendly Customer Service.
- The new home page is much easier to use and navigate compared to the classic view.
- Quick to escalate problems with the software to tech support.
- Unable to create the reports needed.
- Has taken weeks to get someone to help me remap our GL.
- Constantly being told no and or being transferred around to be told someone else handles it.
- Not all associates know enough about the software to help with simple problems.
- Training provided is not sufficient to complete tasks, too little detail.
- Our taxes were filed incorrectly, causing a late fee and penalties.
- Quick help and answers to get my payroll processed on time.
- Legal Server.
VERY DIFFICULT. Still not solved.
I prefer UKG for functionality but I prefer ADP for the new improved ease of processing.
