Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use ADP to process our payroll and utilize the different reports.

Pros and Cons

Calculate Payroll
Manage employees, new and existing.
Provides different reports for different things

Access to older reports exceeding a year
Personal profile page could have more items added
Easier access to a representative such as IM

Return on Investment

The ability to transfer benefit files and upload is great
Able to input PTO and adjust accordingly for new hires
Needs to have carryover auto calculated each year

ADP overall is good but it would be nice to have the ability to pay out internationally as we have employees all over the world. Instead we have to pay out through other means for those employees and it takes time away from other important tasks that could be done or doing.

Support Rating

I would like there to be a feature for instant chat for issues that need immediate attention. Calling in is fine but sometimes the wait time is unreasonably long.

Likelihood to Recommend

I do not any scenarios where it is less appropriate but it is very easy to maneuver. When I need to see if an employee is currently working, the option see is present on the employees job page and if they are are currently on LOA the start date is present there as well.

Would definitely recommend!
