Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
We currently use ADP WFN to recruit candidates, store pertinent documents, conduct reviews, manage benefits open enrollment, manage time, and pay employees. This product allows us to have a holistic hire-to-term experience for our employees. While I am still learning the many modules of the platform and how they interact, I utilize the different components to give a complete view of an employee to managers and senior leaders as necessary.
- Workforce Now is great about listening to user input and consistently updating modules.
- Workforce Now is great at placing learning right on the screen you are working with to get quick answers.
- Workforce Now has a great team answering questions in a timely manner.
- I’m still learning a lot, so I don’t feel I can speak to this yet.

Both have been integrated and are currently utilized. Carrier Connectikns seems to take a while to nail down since so much information needs to be identified and transferred in a safe way.
