Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

ADP WFN is our Payroll, HRIS, and ATS system.
  • It is a good payroll system
  • It has a mobile app
  • The UI is good for most applications
  • Their is a user forum where ADP has moderators that usually provide quick answers, but knowing when other companies have the same issues is helpful.
  • The technology is very glitchy and unreliable
  • Employees and candidates find it very difficult to use
  • The ATS and HRIS functionality is severely lacking compared to competitors
  • We have had to add a significant number of manual steps to accommodate the application
  • We have had to add more resources to troubleshooting the application
This application would not be suited for organization with a large number of employees or complex org charts
  • All job board sites
The only job boards you can integrate with are Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and JobTarget. The functionality is basic, and does not allow for any reporting beyond very simple data points.

Thankfully we have a good dedicated rep for payroll. The other support features are very difficult to use.
It would be well suited for small companies that have the ability to add extra man hours to do the manual work associated and troubleshoot with users.
