Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

We use ADP for onboarding, Time & Attendance, job posts, reports, analytics, etc… I personally do the onboarding as well as trouble shooting anything within ADP. I also set up out holidays, PTO, import any changes, and assign practitioner access levels to all of our directors. Overall, we use ADP for the majority of our workflow.

We just recently purchased workable and are in the process of integrating it.
Paylocity was a bit more smooth but ADP has more features such as a more convenient way to do onboarding

Customer service is always really nice but there is too much passing around to other support teams and at times they don’t know what they are talking about. I am told certain things can’t be done only to learn it myself.
ADP is great for onboarding new hires and allowing them to view our company polices. ADP is also great for viewing paycheck stubs. ADP lacks at being consistent and flowing smoothly. ADP also lacks at assigning the proper policies, allowing us to make mass changes to reassigning employees to new directors without importing, and fails to provide us with adequate support.
