Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

We use ADP Workforce now for all our HR and Payroll services. ADP Workforce now is our HRIS and Payroll system. Within the program, we use the Recruiting, Onboarding, Benefits, Performance Management, Compensation, Analytics, Data Management, Payroll, Garnishment and Tax modules. Before ADP, we were using a manual, in-house system. ADP has taken our HR/Payroll into the 21st century and continues to evolve.

  • Processes payroll garnishments and taxes
  • Provides a comprehensive recruiting, applicant tracking and onboarding system
  • Provides a strong performance management tool
  • Would like to see more training opportunities on reporting and analytics
  • Would like to see additional customized fields in recruiting and performance
  • The system could be more user-friendly in terms of finding training materials
  • ADP has had a very positive impact on time management for practitioners and managers
  • ADP has had a positive impact on environmental efforts by reducing paper consumption

ADP is very scalable and versatile. It can be scaled up or down depending on organization need. It is also highly customizable for the needs of the organization; the ADP team is responsive and helpful when to talk through ideas and resources which would best fit the culture and needs of the organization.

Each of these integrations was multi-step and very involved. The ADP implementation and integration teams were responsive and knowledgeable to provide the direction, tools and instructions needed to complete the integrations.
In our evaluation of HRIS/Payroll systems we found ADP to be the most robust platform with the greatest number of features, fair pricing, quality, knowledgeable staff and so forth. None of the other systems offered as many features or options at the right price point for our organization. ADP Workforce Now seemed to fit us better than the others.

ADP support staff has been invaluable to us. They have gone through some staffing issues which created difficulties in getting first call resolution and adequate handling of some issues but they are working through those challenges. We appreciate the knowledgeable resources and helpful attitude offered by the ADP Workforce Now team.
I believe ADP is well-suited for small to large companies because their products are customizable to the users needs; it also works well for us because we have operational locations and remote workers in multiple states. ADP Workforce now can pretty much be customized for any size organization or organizational structure.
