Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

I have been using ADP for over 20 years. I have watched it grow and evolve into the comprehensive HR and Payroll system it is now. ADP Workforce Now is user-friendly for employees, managers, and practitioners. Having a system that houses time and attendance, payroll, hr, benefits, talent management, and a multitude of other things is convenient, cost-effective, and brings value to our company. It allows us to operate with a slim staff of hr and payroll professionals.

  • The implementation process could be better. Some of the specialists are not as knowledgeable nor as speedy as they should be.

The GL integration with Microsoft Dynamics was relatively easy.
