Overall Satisfaction with Airtable
Our communications team needed to create an editorial calendar that not only allowed, but promoted collaboration among our leads for media relations, digital, and internal communications. We also needed a platform that gave line of sight to key stakeholders outside of the communications team. Airtable not only met—but exceeded our needs. Airtable makes it easier for us to think strategically, plan ahead, and take advantage of last-minute, time-sensitive communications opportunities.
- We like the ability to include visual assets. This not only helps us easily scan our calendar, but keep key campaign components in the same place.
- We've struggled for years to find a way to plan and keep track of different, but related content, especially when some needs to be shared with external stakeholders. Airtable has helped address this issue.
- To make the most of Airtable, the user who creates the base must have a basic understanding and familiarity with linked tables and databases. It would be helpful if it were easier for novices to be able to just jump in.
- It would be great if both free and premium users could access the date span function in the calendar.
- Our team is more efficient and collaborate in real time which allows us to meet our business objectives of both long term planning and just-in-time media/real world opportunities.
Asana did not have the templates that we needed and Microsoft Project is not cloud-based, which limited its usability. Airtable met our needs in both those categories. Additionally, we love Airtable's visual approach.
