Patch management and Mac support was terrible with Solarwinds. Opened many tickets and it was always going to be fixed in the next update.

It's very easy to use and if we have a question we can always get a hold of someone to answer us. We created a bunch of automated tasks and they also have a large selection of templates you can leverage. We are have saved a huge amount of time because of this.
Now I don't have to worry every time we add another client or endpoint. The pricing is stable and the features it brings to the table at this price point are incredible. We are probably using 60% of the included features and that's still an incredible deal.
