Overall Satisfaction with Atera
I use Atera primarily for remote IT management and monitoring. The scope of our use case extends to automated patch management, real-time alerts, detailed reporting and endpoint monitoring. Atera allows me to bundle almost all of the remote management software I routinely need into a single interface, makes it possible for me to simplify billing (I use only one service) and management (same reason)

- remote endpoint monitoring
- patch and event alert

- Mobile APP
- graphics for cpu/ram/network use
- I reduced the verification time before I could perform an intervention, sometimes by hours
- allowed me to cancel third-party subscriptions for features I included within the contract such as ticketing and remote access
- allows me to keep a combined client registry in relation to devices, so I always know who to refer to without wasting time
Billing and reporting management should be improved and perhaps made more usable but the other functions are so far ahead that they cover up the flaws
