AVI-SPL helped us with a large office deployment. They provided storage, deployment, and union labor. During COVID they were very accommodating at a difficult time and we’re always willing to support us. Their design team was also very detailed

Support Rating

Very quick to respond and provide customer support solutions. Some of the issues needing to contact were their own problem due to missing connections, but still helped to resolve the overall issue

Employee Productivity

AVI-SPL helped to design a new camera solution that helps to specifically view remote participants. They did this post-install to retrofit rooms after the initial install was complete leveraging all the tech already in place

Alternatives Considered

Ultimately they were not selected. Whitlock was but the merger was completed mid-project

AVI is great for large-scale deployments with complex designs. Many technology pieces and short install windows. Their team can be scaled easily. For smaller deployments in non-union laborer environments, they may not be as compared to other installation vendors. However, their team does have a strong background in different technologies and is very well versed
