Overall Satisfaction with Bigin by Zoho CRM

We are a small business of about 10 people, and all of us are wearing multiple hats to work on different aspects of the business. 3 out of those are working sales (2 part time), and we often used to lose track of our leads and sales pipeline, phone number or contacts at different partner organizations or client, because everything was on spreadsheets on a cloud drive. Bigin by Zoho CRM offers simplicity and just the right amount of CRM feature for a small team like us, with the possibility of expanding to Zoho CRM afterwards if required.

  • Lets you access the whole CRM through the mobile app
  • Easy to setup and get started
  • Definitely for small businesses with limited features (but scalable to bigger CRM through import/export)
  • Limited workflow and automation functionalities
  • Forms cannot be customized much

  • Everybody loves it in the team, we are finally centralizing our customer interactions!

I need a cheap solution that regrouped some of the features of the different Zoho Suite. Bigin by Zoho CRM does manage to bring together the minimum requirement for a CRM, all while using features already present in other Zoho Products. I have always been impressed by Zoho, and Bigin by Zoho CRM is the right size for our business!

If you are a small team that requires to enhance your follow-ups on leads and you're looking to centralize all the business' contacts information, look no further! But, if you are looking for a CRM tool with deep functionalities and integrations, then, maybe continue your research. Bigin by Zoho CRM will help you get started if you never had a CRM, but it will lack features and connectivity as the business grows. The good news, is that it's a cheap, well-versed CRM that can get you started, and then you can export to a bigger CRM in due time. I'm glad this solution exists for Smaller Businesses!
