Overall Satisfaction with Birdeye

We use Birdeye for our reputation management, mainly gathering 5 star reviews and NPS ratings from tenants at our storage properties.We utilize automated emails and text messages to get these results. We also use Birdeye to directly respond to the feedback that we receive from tenants.

On an annual basis we use Birdeye to conduct a all client survey for our NPS score. We
  • Review request Emails/SMS
  • Automated surveys
  • Review responses
  • If you could selectively add feedback from your direct feedback feature to your Birdeye microsite that would be helpful. Perhaps they could add an optional star rating to the direct feedback so that google could consider it for SEO
  • Price is always a factor for us. It is expensive but they do also have better prices than other reputation management systems.
  • The reporting on your customer experience results does not show a combined text and email result. You have to look at them separately. It would be much more convenient if there was also a combined report.
  • Dramatic increase in the number of 5 star reviews we get from customers. This is a core initiative at our company.
  • We were able to gather great NPS data for our annual survey. It helped us see where we needed to focus to keep people satisfied and retain more customers.
  • We were able to easily increase our response rate to reviews across all the platforms which has helped with our SEO
We tested a number of reputation management softwares during out search. Birdeye was the most intuitive platform and they also had the most reasonable prices. The other programs like Reputation and Podium, did most of the same things that we were looking for but we ultimately decided to go with Birdeye over price, streamlined platform, and the customer service and implementation support that they were willing to provide.

If you work in a business where you are interacting with a high volume of customers this program is great for establishing a feedback loop with your customers. It allows you to really see whats happening in your business and make changes where they are needed. It is easier to spot patterns with positive or negative items at specific locations. The SEO benefits of increasing your online reputation are also quite important.

Birdeye Support

Our rep is always there to answer our questions and then there is also the regular Birdeye support that you can contact at any time. They do take product feedback very well and are actively working on feature updates.

Using Birdeye

Birdeye is very user friendly, it is easy to log in and see all of your reviews as well as all of the interactions with customers. It is also very intuitive on the survey and review request side. You can easily set up new campaigns on your own and launch surveys as needed
