Overall Satisfaction with Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT

Blackbaud NXT is utilized as our main donor database as well as system that captures our online donations. This space helps us capture information and make donor cultivation decisions. NXT solved many of our problems in capturing donor information, forecasting giving trends and donor communications. We could successfully see how we were doing on our fundraising goals.

Analytics and predictive analysis of donors helps us gauge where we are at and how we can improve in engaging and asking donors for funds. The system analytics and data intelligence, graphs of reports and year to date fundraising has shown us an easy snap shot of how we are doing in our goals.
  • Online Training
Very information heavy, but useful in the sense of getting live practice during training sessions. The hand off into the system and progressing into its full potential does need a bit more work. We loved the trainings, but some of the timings were a bit off for our schedules due to time differences and afternoon busyness.
Upgraded level of accessibility and features. We are able to do so much more and be up to date on our system as well as current to trends that are happening right now.

Blackbaud NXT is well suited for organizations to best leverage donor information and donation processing. This system helps in forecasting trends in giving as well as when to communicate, tour and engage donors. Some places where it is less appropriate is the capturing of volunteers times and mixing them in with our donors. Volunteer capturing is a bit different but still of high value for our organization.
