Overall Satisfaction with Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT

I personally utilize the system to go in and gather all funder information from individual donors to corporations and foundation. We have a specific staff person who runs reports on different groups and creates emails lists that go out for specific individual campaigns. For example we just pulled a roster of all alumni for a camp we are about to re-open and were able to tailor an email to go out just for them. The system for me is a great organization tool and also holds any funding agreements with reporting info. While I am not the most technical user I know staff says nothing but great things and I personally find the platform user friendly for my needs.

  • As I am relatively new to the details I can say just last week we raised over 3,000 for the start of our camp campaign
  • We used the system to target and reach out this summer and received $64,000 in camperships
  • The organization which allows precise reporting has additional brought in reoccurring funds from different corporations and organizations.
I unfortunately am not in the system enough for details but can say the information provided on individual donors has allowed us to craft list of those who have given to similar causes and who may have an interest in giving to a specific campaign

I was not highly involved at the time so the training did not apply to me as it does now. It was a great training but I was unable to get the full impact due to my own limited knowledge.

Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT is best suited for the organizations of all our different categories of donors which makes it easier to target specific groups and tailor our messages. It has not been entirely appropriate for tracking the financial portion so we utilize a different system.
