Overall Satisfaction with Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT

We use NXT every single day. We rely on this SW to manage our 10K+ donors and friends. We use it to maintain information on previous meetings and calls. As well as build specific mailers, events and appeals around geographic areas or givers to specific areas of need. We process gifts in many ways and NXT supports this endeavor. They help us keep our funds' growth progress clear, because we have many.

  • An ability to sort and track donor's anniversaries, not just birthday dates.
  • Easy processing of monthly and quarterly gifts.
  • Better ability to keep tabs on all our givers as we grow and they love away.
Giving history and to which specific appeal has been very helpful so we do not miss anyone or ask a previous giver, a second time.

The teachers do a great job they are knowledgeable about their topics. we learned a lot from the online training.

It is well suited for our needs as a small religious org. who need to keep specific details about donors and meetings we have had with them for future interactions. We do not use the financial SW offered by BB. We also do not utilize their classes any onger.
