Overall Satisfaction with Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT

We use Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT for managing donor relationships. This includes tracking gift history, recording communications with donors, and making sure their contact information is current. It is a great tool to see all information in one place with a very user-friendly interface.

  • Keeping Staff Organized
  • Quickly Alerting Users on Important Information when Interfacing with Supporters
  • I would like to see multiple year total giving history separated by year, or know where this functionality is if it exists.
  • I would like better integration with GMail.
  • I would like bulk actions to be possible in NXT and not require the harder to use Database view.

  • Very quick to access information.
  • Can access information via a mobile-device easily too.
  • It is always a very fast and simple experience when using this product.
Insights have been great for ask strings for direct mail appeals or solicitation conversations. It takes some of the guesswork out, enhancing our ability to fundraise and make asks that are more appropriate to each potential donor we are in conversation with. When some teams can be small, these insights provide a great way to know where to focus your time and on who.

Trainings have been very helpful and make an easy product to use even easier.
In my many years of fundraising, I have found this database to be the easiest to use and friendliest to train others on without fear that they may make mistakes.

Yes

Managing our alumni and annual fund, it is perfect to quickly see all of the information I need before I contact someone. Again, it is very user-friendly, so someone can call, I pull up their profile, and quickly know pertinent information to inform and enhance my conversation. It is a great tool to encourage staff who are less comfortable with databases to be more open to them, as everything is very straightforward and user-friendly.
