Overall Satisfaction with Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud

From Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud, we use Engagement the most. Originally, its purpose was to set up mailing scenarios based on website visitors' activity and to capture leads for telemarketing department. Over time, we started using its web layers to offer pop-ups, especially on-exit, brought contact duplicate management into it and made a deeper dive into analytics, recommendations and predictions. We even created an automatic watchdog for products customer opens at least twice. Owing to the platform, we sorted out a comparison of ROI for specific advertising sources and figured out the real value of remarketing. Nowadays, we track pretty much all events related to a customer that occurr during our sales process through integration with our CRM and ERP systems. Such transition allowed our marketing team to access this information in a single interface and enabled them to make decisions as well as roll out new e-mail, sms, telephone, website, and advertising campaigns much quicker than before.

we are provided with an account manager knowledgable of local market who speaks my colleagues' native language. They run a fortnightly call with us to present new features available to us as well as to discuss ways we employ the platform in our business. As they are also available to retrieve a technical information quite promptly, we couldn't be more satisfied. Where most products require a third-party consulting, Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud provides directly, including the service in the bundle.
We have really only used the AI capabilities for two things to date. That is prediction of optimal time of day to send a marketing communocation to a customer and the provision of personalized recommendations to a customer in e-mails as well as directly on the site. Both of these have had joint impact on increased conversion rates of our e-mail campaigns.
Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud is probably most unique in its lightweight yet robust architecture. Its scenarios, even ones relying on webhooks and complex logic, run really quickly as well as reliably. Compared to Salesforce Marketing Cloud, it offers a more modular approach to feature licensing and yields more for the cost. Compared to Incomaker, it is a more mature solution and unlike it, Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud offers freedom to integrate anything as long as one knows how webhooks work.

It is a system where we keep range of important information about individual customers, probably the best place to start a case analysis when a complaint or dispute surfaces. Its analytic capabilities are very powerful tool for understanding customers en masse as well as segmenting them in order to provide the correct service to them. It is very important to understand the data being measured and avoiding name-based assumptions.

there is an option of multiple projects per organisation, customers and assets can be copied across. Multiple sites can be managed in one project, different activities organized under initiatives. Splitting work into sensible units is therefore well possible. The billing is based on number of tracked and number of stored events, no package-based deals. It should therefore be well scalable from a small e-store to a large corporation.
so far, there has been one stressful afternoon a year caused by platform malfunction or outage. Otherwise, the service has been consistently available 24/7. Well within 99.9% availability
The platform is blazing fast, some of the javascript it embeds into our site slows things down slightly but its business value does offset the effect.
