Overall Satisfaction with BlueJeans

Since the pandemic hit our country, we needed to find a good solution to move our educational courses online. We decided to use BlueJeans as a good option to deliver our courses online. After a few weeks of testing, we were convinced that this is a great and reliable tool for us to use. We received great praise from our team, our instructors, and our students. about the tool. We highly recommend BlueJeans.

We did not used BlueJeans Events.
We did not used BlueJeans Rooms.
Command Center worked well. The main problem we had was sharing video recordings with our students. We lacked an option to lock video recordings with a password. A feature that some other solutions offer (like Webex by Cisco).
BlueJeans came out on top as the best working solution and at an affordable price. We only lack one feature which is recording sharing with password.
BlueJeans is very easy to use for new users. UX is very good. It's less appropriate if you have many lectures recorded and what to share these recorded videos to many other people. There is no way how to limit video viewers (like password protect).

Using BlueJeans

6 - Instructors (teachers) who teach our courses online using BlueJeans.
1 - We have only one person who helps our team regarding the support of BlueJeans.

We are using BlueJeans 3+ months and we really like the service.

Evaluating BlueJeans and Competitors

Yes - Google Meet. BlueJeans had much better option to add people without creating an account (or having a Gmail account). Also it worked really well with 10+ people.

BlueJeans Implementation

It is very easy to use from the Admin point of you.
Change management was a small part of the implementation and was well-handled - Every change is usually accepted with scepticism. But after first try all team members liked the service and the product features.

It is just right.
We would love to add more of our company branding in the BlueJeans. Like adding logo in the Meetings etc.
