Overall Satisfaction with Box

I use Box to transfer files to and from clients, including music libraries that use my music in television shows, so it’s a vital part of my income and business strategy. Box allows me to work with people all over the world without leaving my studio in Los Angeles--and with great upload speeds and storage.

Box has excellent file sharing options and easy link creation. Most of the file share companies are top-notch, but Box is more user-friendly than Dropbox, and an interface that’s easier to navigate than Google Drive's. In my industry, I have to be versatile and able to use whatever my client uses, and often in 2020, that’s Box.
Any time I’ve had a question about Box, I’ve gotten a clear and concise response within 12 hours from Box support. They do an excellent job of resolving potential problems I’ve come across, and I have zero complaints.

I often work with filmmakers and producers across the globe, and Box enables me to receive video and send audio files without leaving my desk, which makes my business money and promotes repeat business. File transfer & storage software is a vital tool to my business. I wouldn’t be able to survive without it, and Box is a leader of that industry.
