Support is good but I think analytics is lacking and the team often didn't have answers to some of my especially technical questions.

Customer Impact

Braze was great for segmentation and made it easy to do so. Sending multi-step emails was also fairly seamless.

Alternatives Considered

Constant Contact and Mailchimp

Braze is far more advanced than both of these tools.

Braze is great for targeted messaging and housing data from various sources.
Not sure when it would be less appropriate unless someone is looking for a very, very basic CRM platform for email marketing perhaps.
