Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice
We are a medical practice using the Broadvoice phone and fax systems. It works great and the functionality is very user-friendly. This phone system allows for easy transfer between departments. The faxes are sent to an outlook account that makes them pdf files so we can easily distribute to the correct person. The online portal allows for voicemails to be reviewed online or you can manually pull them off the traditional way. The setup for the business hours and holidays is the easiest system that I have ever dealt with.
