Overall Satisfaction with CaptivateIQ

Our Sales team currently uses CaptivateIQ to manage and track commission for our Go To Market team. As a user, I can log in and easily see a breakdown of my compensation plan. I find it to be very user-friendly. The UI/UX is very intuitive and I haven't experienced any bugs or product gaps.

Before CaptivateIQ, we were manually tracking commissions in spreadsheets. Our Sales team had no clue how everything was being calculated. It caused a lot of back and forth and even some distrust. CaptivateIQ has allowed our commissioned sales reps to easily view and understand where their monthly commission is coming from. It's been a game-changer!
