Overall Satisfaction with CaptivateIQ

We use CaptivateIQ to manage and display commission for our account management organization. It is extremely intuitive from an end-user perspective. My team never has follow-up questions when they get their statements. Having worked with our Payroll admin, I know that her feedback and experience have been positive as well. We do not have the most straightforward comp plan, and so CaptivateIQ's flexibility is great. It also has seamless integration with Salesforce.

  • Lightweight but charming UX
  • The team understands their commission on a self-serve basis which reduces management or G&A explication/intervention.

In terms of managing a post-sales revenue function, I would be hard-pressed to identify something that the tool could be doing better. It just works. I cannot speak to new business use cases or integrations with anything other than SFDC. If you have a wild com plan, make sure to evaluate whether or not you can build it in CaptivateIQ.
