Overall Satisfaction with CaptivateIQ

I use CaptivateIQ to review/track my sales and commissions. I'm not pulling the levers but it is good to see what is currently owed to me and review what is coming. I get emails at the beginning of the month that lets me know what to expect on the 15th.

I have not reviewed another product besides internal processes which were mostly around Excel or Google sheets. This left lots of room for errors plus as our company's sales are scaling, manual processes were not the best fit for our payroll/finance team. I receive an email monthly that lets me know the details of my commissions.

If you have a sales team and they and I as a manager will know exactly where they are and what they can expect on a monthly basis. It keeps me from asking my upper management or finance additional questions. I cannot think of a way that CaptivateIQ will be less appropriate in my business. CaptivateIQ provides all the information I need in a few clicks.
