Use Cases and Deployment Scope

In my current position I use CaptivateIQ for our commission structure on tracking our monthly commission as an individual. This is simple for the Implementation Team here and I am pretty sure our Customer Success Team as well utilize CaptivateIQ for their commission as well.

I have never worked with the support staff on this product which to me is a great sign as I have not had any issues with the platform.

CaptivateIQ is user friendly and it very easy to submit internal inquires if something is wrong with the report or if you have any questions on what was submitted. Easy way to communicate as well with internal employees in regard to messaging and being able to response to internal employees via CaptivateIQ.
