Overall Satisfaction with CaptivateIQ

I found the following to be helpful:
Compensation Planning: The software allows organizations to design and model different compensation plans, including base salaries, bonuses, stock options, and other incentives. It provides tools to create and modify compensation structures based on performance metrics, market benchmarks, and organizational goals.

Performance Tracking: Compensation incentive software often integrates with performance management systems to track employee performance. It helps in setting and aligning compensation with individual and team achievements, ensuring that rewards are tied to results.

Incentive Calculations: The software automates the calculation of incentive payouts, taking into account various factors such as sales targets, revenue goals, and performance metrics. This reduces errors and ensures accurate compensation calculations.
  • Employee Self-Service: CapIQ include self-service portals for employees. This allows them to access their compensation details, track their performance, and understand how their pay is structured.
  • Error reduction - Manual calculation of incentives and bonuses is prone to errors, especially in organizations with complex compensation structures involving multiple variables, such as sales targets, performance metrics, and different payout rates. These errors can result in underpayments, overpayments, or discrepancies in compensation, which can lead to dissatisfaction among employees.
  • Real-Time Updates: In dynamic environments, compensation plans may change frequently due to shifts in business goals or market conditions. Compensation incentive software can quickly adapt to these changes, ensuring that compensation calculations remain accurate even as plans are updated. CapIQ allowed me to track my incentives live.
  • there were some glitches that the admin couldn't fix that ranged from inaccurate forecasting
  • nothing really, it's quite helpful in simplifying the complex incentive payments
They're quick to answer inquiries. Also, i do like the ability to create internal tickets with any CapIQ inquiries and tag the finance person to answer.
We didn't like the sales process, that was mainly the issue.
