Overall Satisfaction with CaptivateIQ

We switched from Excel spreadsheets and some awful Salesforce raw data report to Captivate 1.5 years ago. Night and day difference. I went from having 20% clarity into my commission payout to 95%+ clarity. About once a quarter I bump into an issue of some sort, whereas before I couldn't even begin to understand my pay without my own personal calculations alongside the company tools.

  • Tactically, this tool allowed me to throw away two different excel spreadsheets that required manual updating, and uniformized and automated my tracking and projecting of commissions.

Sales organizations need a tool like this. Full disclosure: I have zero experience with any other commission tracking system, so I am not a great resource for comparing choices. But this is the choice my company made for me, and it's terrific.
