Overall Satisfaction with Celonis

We leverage Celonis to demonstrate and prove out how our software solutions can optimize our customer's workflow processes, specifically within the service and incident management space. Through the process explorer from Celonis, we can map out a customer's current service and incident management processes and demonstrate where there are opportunities to improve on their KPIs by identifying areas of inefficiencies. Furthermore, it gives us the ability to visualize and quantify the potential impact on the customer and translate that into actionable steps for them.

  • There's a learning curve to using Celonis, so perhaps providing guided step by step instructions would benefit users that are not as experienced with the platform
  • Accessing learning materials right within the platform instead of having to access a separate portal
  • Sample workflows in a library that you can customize instead of creating one from scratch
  • As a sales aid and tool, believe Celonis would provide a positive impact on our ability to sign new customers and/or expand our footprint to existing customers by demonstrating where and how we can optimize their current service and incident management processes.
Not specifically within my organization, but as we dive deeper into our customers' current business and operating environment, Celonis will be useful to help us drive the digital transformation conversation with our customers; taking their legacy processes and re-imagining what that could look like by leveraging our software solutions.

Celonis would be very well suited in scenarios where a user or organization has a clear understanding of their existing processes for a particular workflow, and are looking to visualize and model different events or demonstrate to other stakeholders potential opportunities for process improvements. Conversely, Celonis may not be best suited in immature or smaller organizations that are less process-driven and less departmentalized.
