We use within all client-facing departments from SDR to Sales to Account Management. For a fast-growing company such as ours where folks are constantly being promoted or turned over, provides business continuity so our clients have a seamless transition when they go from rep to rep.
  • actually publishes conversation metrics like longest monologues or use of filler words.
  • The Audio to Text transcription capability desperately needs improvement.
  • There's cumbersome integration. At my current workplace, has to integrate with Zoom and then generate a unique personalized URL. As it stands today at time of writing, that process is manual and must be completed with assistance from a human on’s customer support team.
We use alongside and ZoomInfo.
It's a great way to deal with he-said-she-said moments during customer escalations.
Fast and friendly. However it wasn't easy finding their contact info.
Absolutely recommend. It's a great way to re-live any past calls.
