We use Chorus.ai within all client-facing departments from SDR to Sales to Account Management. For a fast-growing company such as ours where folks are constantly being promoted or turned over, Chorus.ai provides business continuity so our clients have a seamless transition when they go from rep to rep.
- Chorus.ai actually publishes conversation metrics like longest monologues or use of filler words.
- The Audio to Text transcription capability desperately needs improvement.
- There's cumbersome integration. At my current workplace, Chorus.ai has to integrate with Zoom and then generate a unique personalized URL. As it stands today at time of writing, that process is manual and must be completed with assistance from a human on Chorus.ai’s customer support team.
We use Chorus.ai alongside SalesDirector.ai and ZoomInfo.
It's a great way to deal with he-said-she-said moments during customer escalations.
Fast and friendly. However it wasn't easy finding their contact info.
